Here I’m doing what’s called a regular walking punch, in which your hitting with your two biggest knuckles. If your new to Karate its a good idea to toughen up your knuckles by resting in a push up position on your knuckles, or fist. This is best done on wood floors or a wood plank to toughen them up. Once you’ve done it enough you’ll be able to do push ups like this. Remember just do these push ups on those two biggest knuckles, that’s how you form tough knuckles.
